This is a Level 2 Class. Students should be aware of and have worked on projects practicing basic use of their sewing machine, iron, and rotary tools, as well as proper thread tension, stitch size, and seam allowance consistency.
Metro Medallion is a fun quilt and a great way of using scraps or feature your favorite fabrics. The method for sewing curves you will learn using the Quick Curve Ruler is not to be feared. The Sew Kind of Wonderful method of sewing curves cut with their Quick Curve Ruler does not use pins or glue. You will end up with nicely sewn curves without pleats and puckers! This pattern can be easily resized.
