Camp Week at a Glance

Updated 5/1/2023

This is the Itinerary for 2023.  Updated as changes occur.

What will we do all week, and where will we be?

Find where you're sleeping, where you're sewing, and where you're socializing!

Sunday

This is our 'Travel and Get There' Day.   Get into camp between 1pm and 5pm, sign in and get your room keys, class room assignments, and unpack.  Even take your Monday class things into your classroom for tomorrow!  Settle in and say hi to all your buddies from the past or make new friends with the neighbors for the week!  What do you pack?  Comfortable clothes and shoes - layers for the weather forecast and meant for a bit of walking so you can get some refreshing country air!  Sewing supplies for your class (check that supply list and be sure to be prepared!).  Anything you may want to be comfortable for the week.  Snacks, including alcoholic beverages, are permitted on the grounds, but cooking is NOT permitted.

Returning this year is the Quilters' Garage Sale.  Tables will be provided at the far end (furthest from the stage) of the Assembly Hall, in the Super Studio, for free and discount prices, so we hope you remembered to include those items when you packed for camp!  Envelopes will be available for payments to sellers, simply put your name on the envelope and the price, and place with the item.  When purchased, buyer can turn in the envelope to Linda or Mary and we will hand them out at assemblies in the evening.

Dinner at the Dining Hall at 5pm

Assembly in the Assembly Hall at 6:30pm

Join us in the timeworn tradition of our Sunday Night Assembly!  We will begin with those that finished the Challenge blocks from 2021 into a quilt (special prizes).  New this year is the raffle winners of Peg's UFO's last year - if you won one and finished it, bring it along to show and we will reward your effort!   Next on the agenda will be all campers whose last names begin with A-L as they share up to 2 items for show and tell, and announcements and door prizes round out a great start to the week!  Bolts and Quarters Quilt Shop from Parkersburg will be vending for us in the Assembly Hall, as the evening sets the mood to our exciting week!

If your show and tell includes finished projects from last year's classes, you are entered into a special drawing Monday night!

The Chapel will be open each day during lunch hours for quiet prayer and reflection.
