Quilt Retreat Lodging reservations are handled separately from our Quilt Retreat Registration. Direct any lodging questions to the staff by calling Cedar Lakes at 304-372-7860.

Lodging at Cedar Lakes Conference Center is not mandatory to participate in the Quilt Retreat.

Special accommodation can be requested for Quilt Guilds with 5 or more persons wanting to stay together. For a copy of the flyer on Guild arrangements, please find it with all of the forms on the registration page.

Holt Lodge
With 44 guest rooms, Holt Lodge offers single or double occupancy. In addition, 4 wheelchair accessible rooms are available. Rooms are equipped with hairdryers, telephones, cable TV, coffee makers (Kcup style), refrigerator and air conditioning. Bed and bath linens are provided with daily maid service.

Main Lodge
Two rooms with two double beds, six rooms with 1 double and 1 single bed, and 4 rooms with ten single beds (3 bunked) available as Dormitory Conversions. Dormitory Conversions include bedding and towels, but no daily maid service. A shared refrigerator is available in the common lounge.

Quaint Cottages
Each Cottage has four rooms with an attached bathroom, and each room sleeps ten on single bunk style beds. Dorms include linens only. Dormitory Conversions include linens with daily maid service. Wi-fi is available in all cottages. No amenities are provided. VFW cottage shown for example only.
– 2-10 Person Dorm Conversion $39.75/night per person.
-5-10 Person Dorm $19.08/night + $10.60 one- time linen fee, no maid service.

Meal Plans
​
New in 2026, breakfast and lunch trays will be provided in the Assembly Hall for your grazing needs and convenience. Dinners will be in the Dining Hall at 5pm for those that reserve them, as long as at least 20 reserve the meal. Many options are available off-campus for the evening meal, should there be an insufficient interest.
