Costs of Fall Quilt Camp

By far, the most common question about camp is "What does it cost to go to camp?"  Following the leadership of past directors, we work to keep costs as low as possible for the class enrollments.

When you come to Fall Quilt Camp, you register and pay for classes to Linda Miller and you register and pay for your lodging to Cedar Lakes.  For this two-step process, you will incur the following costs:

Current Quilt Class Costs

$110.00 for each 2-day class or $220.00 for a 4-day class

$50.00 Registration (Non-refundable)

Any additional supply costs associated with your class are listed on the supply lists provided for each class.

Mountaineer Lodge or Main Lodge:

Cedars Lodge or Lakes Lodge:

Dormitory room:

Each room has 10 beds to a room.  No more than 5 per room, due to COVID-19.

  Need to bring blanket, sheets, pillow case, towels, wash cloth and soap. 

$19.08/night, $95.40/week per person


Dormitory Conversion:

  (includes bedding, towels and maid service)

 $39.75/night, $198.75/week per person



Breakfast - $6.63 

Lunch - $8.22 

Dinner - $9.54

All Meals - From Dinner Sunday to Breakfast Friday - $104.19


Please note - you indicate which meals you may want to partake in on the Cedar Lakes Registration Form.  Menu is posted one week prior to camp via emailed newsletter, and you make final selection by  phone if changes are desired prior to attending Camp Week.

We understand that life can take unexpected turns and changes happen.  September 1st is the deadline for all registrations to be complete, and paid for.  Prior to that date, refunds are given for class tuition, minus credit card fees, through the use of personal check.  Simply inform Linda via phone (330-620-9825) or email and she will take care of you.


After September 1st, no refunds are made for any reason.  Tuitions are rolled forward to a future event, and expire after 2 years of no use.  Tuitions are transferable.  Again, please call on Linda to assist you in either case.
