There is flexibility at Quilt Retreat!
How does it work? Well, we travel on Sunday to get there and settle in to our spacious Assembly Hall Annex sewing space and our overnight accommodations. Sewing on Sunday starts at 1pm. Sewing ends on Friday morning at 11am. Can’t get there until later in the week? We’ve got you covered. Arrival and Departure dates can be indicated on the housing form as well as the registration form. Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Flexibility exists to let you be you and fit us into your busy schedule.
What does it cost? You pay only $60 per full day of sewing, including breakfast and lunch. Move in dates and move out dates are not counted when considering the retreat fees -
Prices below are for your convenience (prices shown include non-refundable registration fee of $25). Design and ironing stations are spaced conveniently about our large conference hall for sharing with others. Quilt Guilds receive a $100 rebate for every 4 attendees, payable to their Quilt Guild Treasury. More information for Quilt Guilds available below.
When registering, you can choose
$265 for all 4 days,
$205 for 3 days,
$145 for 2 days OR
$85 for 1 day
of sewing to your heart’s content.

Dinner Option - Cedar Lakes requires a minimum of 20 people to prepare a dinner. Please indicate your interest on the Cedar Lakes Housing form below.

Registration for Quilt Retreat at Cedar Lakes will open January 5th, 2026.
On-line registration will be closed when full, and forms will be de-activated, so if you can get to them, there is room for you to join us!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can take unexpected turns and changes happen. We will do our best to work with you when you need us!
Refunds are send out as requested before April 1st, minus the non-refundable registration fee to cover any credit card fees associated with the account. To arrange a refund, call Linda directly at 330-620-9825. Lodging cancellation should be made by calling Cedar Lakes directly at 304-372-7860.
After April 1st, no refunds are made for any reason. Payment will be rolled forward to a future event, but will expire after 2 years of non use. Payment is transferable. When 'banked' payments are rescheduled, a new registration fee will be owed. Again, please call on Linda to assist you in either case.
