Tubular Triangles

Level 1 – Teaches basic use of a sewing machine, ironing/pressing, rotary tools as well as proper thread tension, stitch size, and seam allowance consistency, appropriate for true beginners.
Tubular Triangles or Half Square Triangles from Strips!
This technique can be a bit tricky but it sure is fast and fun. Sew strips into tubes and make lots of squares quickly. Lots of design options. The catch: there are bias edges on the blocks. You will learn how to tame those edges and keep your quilt nice and flat and square.
My sample is set on-point, but we won’t necessarily cover that in class. I can provide that information for those who want that information.
