Mary Ann Webb

Mary Ann Webb has been a quilter for more than 35 years. She began sewing when she was 5 years old and was making all of her clothes by the time she was in high school. She started making quilts as a way to relieve stress from her busy career in public/environmental health, but it soon became her passion. She has won many ribbons and awards at local quilt shows, including several best-of-shows. Teaching is one of Mary Ann’s passions, and nothing makes her happier than seeing a student succeed and thrive. She loves trying new techniques and gets very excited about learning new things….anything challenging. Although she primarily loves making modern-style quilts, she appreciates and makes quilts of all genres. She has attended Quilt Camp for the past 12 years, and considers it always to be one of the highlights of her year. Mary Ann lives in Frankfort, Ohio and teaches regularly at quilt shops around her area.
