Level 2 - Students should be aware of and have worked on projects using a sewing machine, iron, and rotary tools and have an understanding of proper thread tension, stitch size, and seam allowance consistency.

This is a fun and easy quilt using 5 fabrics. Using rails, nine patches and solids, you create a plaid effect that is set on point. This quilt goes together quickly and creates a beautiful pattern. Pick a large scale print, medium scale print, a light, a dark and a medium value fabric to create your quilt palette. The quilt measures 56" x73". The pattern is made by A- OK Patterns and is available on Etsy for $8.50, but is available on other sites as well.
