Is your selvage stash out of control?!? Sassy Selvages is a deliciously fun & sassy way to use them up! Many of the new fabrics have the greatest selvages with stars, umbrellas, boots, animals….they’re not boring dots anymore! We’ll first make fabric from the selvages. I have some wonderful tips for selvages that will make the fabric lay flat and useful in SO many ways! It is a really easy way to “make” great sturdy fabric, perfect for a durable zipper bag (or tote) to carry makeup or art supplies, treats or what ever you can imagine. They’re great for gift giving too!
Once we have our “fabric” made we’ll craft a lined quilted, zipper bag. Don’t be daunted by inserting a zipper, I have a great method you’ll love and look like a pro! Your finished bag will make you smile with pride and quite possibly evoke memories of past projects and the fabric you loved and used!
Required Kit : $25.00
