406 Stack-n-Whack for the Holidays
Monday - Thursday
Learn the Magic of Stacking and Whacking as you create this beautiful Christmas Tree Skirt. You'll also use some of the blocks to create a table runner. And best of all... there are no Y seams in these projects! You'll be amazed how well it all comes together, and just in time for the Holiday season! If you prefer not to do a Christmas theme, no problem. This pattern can easily be a tabletopper rather than a tree skirt!
Maggie Marziale has sewn most of her life, learning at a young age in 4H. The quilting bug got her when she lived in Paducah, KY from 1996 – 98 as she found her way to a “Quilt Show.” She is originally from Upstate NY and was an Art Education major in college. Maggie began quilting on 1999, and her hobby quickly became her passion. She has won many ribbons for her work on both the local and national levels. Some of those include second place ribbons from Quilt Festival – Houston, Best Machine Workmanship and Best Innovative Quilt from the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Show, and Best Use of Color from the NQA show. Her quilts have been shown in several quilt magazines, one of them being on the cover of Quilting Quarterly. Maggie is a teacher at heart and has been teaching quilting classes since 2012. Her love for quilting and teaching has lead her to Waynesville, Ohio and her own business dedicated to teaching quiltmaking on all levels and in many forms.
