Machine : Piecing
Brighten up any room with this colorful display of linked diamonds. Multiple colored large links in five to eight different colors are highlighted by smaller black accent diamonds. The beautiful chains just can’t stay contained within the borders, as the first and last chains link into the top and bottom borders!
Raggedy Ruth’s easy step by step instructions guide the way with diagrams and pictures for every step! It looks “on point”, but it’s not! It’s Seminole piecing! How cool is that? Check it out and you will see.
Ruth began sewing early in life in rural Ohio. Her first baby quilt was made in 1994 for the birth of her son, Peter. In 2003, the purchase of a longarm quilting machine led to the start of a full service quilt shop, Forever in Stitches. Quilt pattern design has always been a part of Ruth's journey, first published in Better Homes & Gardens in 2011. Creation of patterns has led to perfecting techniques and specialized ruler invention to help anyone make perfect pieced points and blocks. Ruth enjoys sharing her passion of quilting with others. She always seems to have the time to answer the most basic or intricate questions. She has given scores of talks, demonstrations, workshops, classes, trunk shows, and signings at guilds, national shows, regional shows, local shows, shop-hops, quilt shops, churches and civic organizations.
